Student Absences

Report a Student Absent

All student absences should be reported to the Attendance Department as soon as possible and no later than 9 am the day of the absence. If the school does not receive an email or a call from an absent student's parent, an attempt will be made to contact the parent at home or work. You can report your student's absence via email or phone.

When leaving a message on the attendance line, please provide your name, the spelling of your child's name, their student ID number and the reason for the absence.

If you choose to email your student's absence, please provide your name, your child's name, their student ID number, the reason for the absence and attach any documentation you may have regarding this absence. 

Attendance Policies

Students must be in attendance for their entire daily schedule in order to participate in extracurricular activities that day; this includes athletic practice.
